Hodir and Thorim Down

Finally got these two down tonight, along with the usual suspects (Leviathan, Razorscale, Deconstructor, Kologarn, and Auriya). Technical issues spared the lives of the Iron Council temporarily, but we'll take them down on the follow up, and hopefully give Freya and Mimiron a sound thrashing as well.

Heroic Naxx 25 - a rousing success!
|
I'd like to thank everyone for making our guild's first 25-man run - 25-man Naxx, nonetheless! - a great success. This past Friday, we completed Military, Arachnid, and Construct quarters (save Gluth and Thaddius) with the help of some new friends, and then with yet a few more friends on Monday we downed the remainder of Construct, finished off Plague, and then proceeded to one-shot Sapphiron and Kel'thuzad.
Congratulations to everyone on their sweet new gear!
In other news, thanks to Kitten we may have a new guild alliance on the: After running several times with the leader and members of Initium Fury, she asked that I get in touch with their guild leader, Thald. We're in the process of working on a possible alliance, which would swell our raiding roster with another 8 or so level 80s - and put us well on our way to regular 25-man runs!

APEX - It's not just for breakfast anymore!

This is the first update to the front page we've made in a long time. Too long.
APEX is progressing nicely through new Northrend content; we have Naxxramas pretty much on farm, Vault and Obsidian Sanctum are jokes, and we've made successful (and not-so-successful) attempts to Eye and Ulduar, respectively.
The main reason I'm updating the guild news, though: This Friday we're going to try for our first Naxxramas heroic run. That means that we need 25 people! So far we've only got about 10 people confirmed - we need you! If you're level 80 and can in any way make it to the run on Friday, please sign up; let's PUG as few people as possible and make this a successful guild first - first Naxx heroic and first true guild 25-man run! |
